O’Connor Elegance cannot guarantee that every digital wallet or express checkout option will be available for every customer.


Unavailable Payment Methods

Certain payment methods may not be available or enabled at this time.

At the moment, O’Connor Elegance does not currently offer the following payment methods unless they are clearly displayed at checkout:

  • Klarna
  • UnionPay
  • Cryptocurrency payments, including USDC
  • PayPal
  • Bancontact
  • iDEAL

If any of these methods become available in the future, they will be shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected at the provided return address.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process, especially if the order is already being processed, shipped, or reviewed.
