Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and logistics provider

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, weather conditions, or international logistics issues.

As O’Connor Elegance works with international suppliers and fulfilment partners, certain products may be shipped directly from our supplier or fulfilment location, including locations outside your country of residence, such as China.


5. Shipping and Fulfilment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item may be shipped directly from one of our international suppliers or fulfilment partners.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failure to collect a package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to update the delivery address.


6. Returns and Cancellations

For all return conditions, return instructions, and refund procedures, please refer to our separate Return Policy.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or forwarded to our supplier or fulfilment partner. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.


7. Liability

O’Connor Elegance is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or failed delivery where tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

We are also not liable for:

  • Incorrect information entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product
  • Minor product variations that do not affect normal use
  • Indirect losses, including loss of income, inconvenience, or missed opportunities

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All content on the O’Connor Elegance website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, design elements, graphics, branding, and layout, is owned by or licensed to O’Connor Elegance.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.


9. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about a product, order, delivery, or service, please contact us in writing at:

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days. In some cases, additional time may be needed to investigate the matter with our supplier, fulfilment partner, payment provider, or shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations when this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
