At O’Connor Elegance, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. We carefully select our products and work with trusted international suppliers to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions, process, and responsibilities related to returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories must still be attached or included.
- Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing or using it is not permitted.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, stains, or alterations may be refused.
- Products ordered intentionally in multiple sizes, colours, or variations with the intention of returning part of the order may be excluded from return approval.
Return Period
You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@connorelegance.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, full name, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.
- Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
- Please note that, as we work with international fulfilment partners, the return address may be located outside your country of residence, including in China.
- You must send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any shipping fees, customs charges, duties, or other related costs.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as the customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the provided return address, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- Refunds may be refused or reduced if the item is returned damaged, used, incomplete, washed, or not in its original condition.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or an item that arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Claims for incorrect or damaged items must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, additional costs may apply.
International Returns
Because O’Connor Elegance operates with international suppliers and fulfilment partners, returns may need to be sent to an international return location.
The customer is responsible for:
- International return shipping fees
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Any additional carrier charges
